Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Firefox is currently located in the main section of the Ubuntu archive. Software in the main section must be "free" as listed in http://www.ubuntu.com/community/ubuntustory/components with "free" defined in http://www.ubuntu.com/community/ubuntustory/philosophy

Now, with Firefox, I can not alter it in any way, not even a bug fix, without Mozilla claiming trademark infringement - eg see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox-3.0/+bug/269656

As a result, based on this, Firefox should be moved to the restricted section of the archive to correctly reflect that it has restrictions above and beyond those found in "main"

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Could you try to reproduce the same with Ubuntu 8.10 or 9.04? Thanks in advance.

Firefox is still in main, so I would say this is still an issue.
