/dev/sg0 installs as group "root" not "cdrom"

Bug Description

# ls -ld /dev/sg*
crw-rw---- 1 root root 21, 0 Dec 15 2005 /dev/sg0
crw-rw---- 1 root cdrom 21, 1 Dec 15 2005 /dev/sg1

Cannot burn CDs out of the box. Must first manually change group to cdrom.

Are you sure that /dev/sg0 is the device you're expecting it to be? It looks
like sg1 has been correctly identified as a CD-ROM device to me.

Provide the dmesg output from your kernel.
