Bug in the "Bookmarks"

Case:

In Firefox, you can keep on saving the same webpage as 'Bookmarks' under the 'Bookmarks' menu list. However, in IE, if you try to save the same webpage as bookmark, it throws an alert message indicating that the webpage already has been added to the 'Favourites' ('Bookmarks') list. Semantically, there is no sense in allowing the saving of the same webpage under the 'Bookmarks' list again and again. Therefore, a check should be made to disallow saving of the same webpage more than once under the 'Bookmarks' list.
