Missing entries in index.theme for kde-icons-oxygen package

Binary package hint: kde-icons-oxygen

This is just as stated in the summary. Either the corresponding entries should be removed from
the Directory= property, or the sections below should be added.

We don't ship the scalable icons anymore (at least for now).

I'd like to ask you however, to report this issue at http://bugs.kde.org so that KDE can deal with it directly.
