time analysis in the redo file i.o. to create rrd database does not work

Bug Description
Normally, when creating a new rrd database, nadzor should check the presence of a redo file in the same directory and if present looks at the first date in the file and then create the rrd database with this date as the start date.
This functionnality does not seems to work.
