Bug Description

I am using aasac's ppa to use Network-manager 0.7 in hardy, but AFAIK this problem exists also in Intrepid. Shortly, nm-applet allows to connect to a very broad range of networks, ranging from classical wired or wireless to gsm or VPN. I, for example, use this functionality to connect to a GSM networks using a HUAWEI modem. Network-manager-kde, on the other hand, is unable to manage this kind of connection. Please implement these features also in KDE :-)
