Bug Description
Binary package hint: displayconfig-gtk
displayconfig-gtk has been fully replaced in Ubuntu and should be removed (it's too obsolete to leave in Universe as it actively breaks many common configurations now). As of xorg 1:7.4~2ubuntu1 it is no longer needed. Additionally, once this is removed and the Jockey transition to x-kit is complete, guidance-backends will also be dropped.
