Bug Description

Working on synfig, I discovered etl is non-installable:

pbuilder-satisfydepends-dummy: Depends: etl-dev (>= 0.04.11) but it is not installable

Obvious the modified hardy version string caused this package to explode, I'll roll a debdiff ASAP

Scratch this one. I made a mistake; my hardy chroot wasn't clean which triggered the false bug. Its installable in a clean chroot.
