grub2-splashimages isn't available to Ubuntu Hardy 8.04.

I'm not pretty sure, but probably it cannot be available in Hardy because it was created after this version was released. It was imported form Debian to Intrepid. If I'm wrong do not hesitate to reopen this bug.
