Bug Description
As seen on OOPS-980A1409 and OOPS-980D2422, when in ~user/+
Steps to reproduce:
1) Enter https:/
2) The default values selected to "Branches with status:" are "Any active status" and "by most interesting". Choose another value instead of "by most interesting"; The page should reload with the new view.
3) Choose "by most interesting"
4) Oopses like OOPS-980A1409, OOPS-980D2422 or OOPS-983EC137
