Bug Description
Binary package hint: bluez-input
Currently bluez-utils source creates various binary package. Out of these, 3 are introduced in intrepid - bluez-network, bluez-serial, bluez-input.
These binary packages are currently in universe and hence not on CD or installed by default. This is a regression from Hardy as the functionality provided by these packages was part of bluez-utils previously.
There is at lease one bug which might be related to absence of these plugins on default intrepid install - bug #254123.

I think this is a ubuntu-mir issue moreso than a ubuntu- main-sponsors one; subscribing ubuntu-mir.
But it does appear that these plugins are in universe while the source package is in main:
