Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

This is one interesting bug :)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open gnome-terminal
2. Cover the Title bar
3. Scroll forward and backward with middle mouse button to have Roll-up/Unroll effect but very fast.
So fast that bottom of window doesn't reach top in this sequence.
After this terminal becomes unresponsive no matter how much you are click with mouse on the text area.
Workaround is to do this effect again but in a nice and slow way.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Could you try to reproduce the same with Ubuntu 8.10 or 9.04? Thanks in advance.
