Missing icons and wrong application title in the phone's applications list

Bug Description
Icons are not shown in the applications list and the name of the application is the name of the executable. This occurs when bundling applications to the same sis( PythonCommunity.sis ). Occurs for the original Shell application also when included in the same .sis package. No problems when using own .sis for the Shell. All application icons worked OK in the emulator.

Note!: Rebooting the device fixed the issue. All icons and names are shown correctly after that.
