Bug Description
Binary package hint: network-manager
When clicking on the nm-applet icon with a large list of available networks, the menu starts scrolled to the wrong position. In particular, the menu is sized to take up the entire vertical size of the screen, and the very last entry of the menu "Manual Configuration..." appears underneath the "scroll up" button, so that the menu essentially starts as an empty grey widget until the user scrolls some or all of the menu down into view.
100% reproducible under hardy's network-
