Bug Description
export a silva document with a code source that has a value for a lines field, import it in silva and the value will be corrupted (looks like a string representation of the list.)

Fixed on 2.0, 2.1 and trunk: The bug wasn't in the import, the export did not take along the parameter type attribute, so after export/import cycle, every parameter was of type string.
