Bug Description

I haven't managed to get flash player to work AT ALL in ubuntu (wubi hardy heron), despite numerous tries and advice from ubuntu forums. Downloads and installs of the software seem to work fine, but no flash, and no easy way to tell what the problem might be.

Have you tried the following:

"sudo aptitude install flashplugin-nonfree" without quotes, as aptitude pulls in all dependencies and keeps track of everything better than apt-get or Synaptic.
