Comment syncing OOPSes with the Bugzilla plugin don't show up in the OOPS report

Recently, we came across problems with the bugzilla-launchpad plugin for Bugzilla 3.0 whereby an XML-RPC Fault was raised by the remote tracker whenever Launchpad tried to authenticate. This problem stopped comments from being synced between Launchpad and the remote tracker, and was difficult to debug since the errors never showed up in the OOPS report.

Having done some debugging work on this, we discovered the problem and are working on fixing it. However, the errors have not yet shown up in the OOPS report, except from those checkwatches runs that were carried out as part of the debugging process (OOPS-979CCW3365, OOPS-979CCW3366).

Since these OOPSes should have been raised by the generic checkwatches code for all runs against the Async Bugzilla it seems odd that only these two OOPSes have been recorded.
