Bug Description

When I installed Ubuntu, accidentally selected as key distribution "USA". As I wanted in distribution "Spanish from Spain", gave it back and changed the configuration to the one I really wanted.
The problem now is that every time you start Ubuntu (8.04.1) as my keyboard configuration "USA", but I System / Preferences / keyboard and exits that what I have in Spanish. To fix this, I must change the distribution of keys for another and then return to select Spanish, every time you start the system.
