DebCreator allows you to create deb packages through a convenient graphical user interface.
The aim is to be very simple and intuitive to use.
License: GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE
see the "copying" file in the source code.
Notes:
Please make versions for all Cpus and versions of currently supported Ubuntu.
