Eject is not possible when there is no cd or dvd inserted

Bug Description
Binary package hint: nautilus
When no cd or dvd is present in my dvd drive, and I press the eject button in the places sidebar or click eject on the right click menu in my computer, I get the following dialog:
Unable to mount media
There is probably no media in the drive
And sometimes, a little later this dialog pops up:
Unable to eject CD-RW/DVD±RW Drive
DBus error org.freedesktop
