listinfo and virtual hosts

Bug Description
If you have virtual hosts the actual hostname from the
http-server gets compared with the hostname in the
URL of the list from the general configuration page.
That comparison is done casesensitive and the output of
my listinfo was empty.
The patch makes the comparison caseinsensitive.

I believe this is already fixed in Mailman 2.1.
