Fixed indentation error which will cause the htdig search form to disappear
from a list's TOC page when that list's archives roll over and a new
archive volume is created.

Added line to force re-write of list archive's TOC page by cron script
(cron/nightly_htdig) that re-indexes archives every time the cron script
runs.
