Bug Description
We have a page allowing a user to submit thier email to
subscribe to lists. The text sent is subscribe nodigest
<email address hidden>. However, the coomand
being processed by mailman is subscribe nodigest
<email address hidden>, where the = is
converted to =3D. ANy ideas?

It's likely something else in your tool chain (probably your
MTA) is doing the quoted-printable conversion. Mailman
won't do that.
