IMAGE_LOGOS comment not precise enough

Bug Description
I want to deactivate the images in the web interface.
Default.py states I shoud set IMAGE_LOGOS to false. I
literally wrote "IMAGE_LOGOS = false" and then nothing
worked. A not-so-educated guess made me try the value
0. You might want to update the comment to include the
literal value that should be written the deactivate
the images.
