Hide sender fails in moderator approval

Bug Description

Apologies if this bug (or is it a feature) has been
posted/fixed in new beta...

In v2.0.6, even with privacy option "hide sender of a
message" set to yes, moderator-approved posts when
transmitted to the list do not hide the sender nor
their address--without even a way to manually hide the
info.

This seems to happen when a response to a previously
posted message is received and approved by the
moderator (and not when an original post is sent to
the list).

If this is intentional, an additional option should be
set to allow moderators to protect posters who would
otherwise be hidden.
