new_list failure

Bug Description

after executing the command new_list from the bin
folder and entering list email address and password
the script hangs after the password is entered

More information is needed; I've never seen this happen. Do
you perhaps have any stale locks in the lock directory?

Closing this as out-of-date for Mailman 2.1.

I have the same problem with release 2.0.13.. no stale locks
are present.

I still need more information. When the script hangs, hit
control-C to interrupt the program. This should produce a
stack trace. Upload that stack trace.
