Bug Description
I can edit the mail headers in the approve form but
once I approve the post the original is posted. Either make the
text read-only or even better accept the moderator's edits.

Fixed in MM2.1 by making the fields read-only. This won't
be fixed in MM2.0.x. Actually supporting editing is a
feature complicated by MIME and I18N so it won't likely be
supported any time soon.
