Anti-spam wish

As smartlist does, I consider it must be created
an admin option that disables the delivery of
warning messages about moderation.

That is, when a spammer posts a message to a
list, it must be selectable not to send to the
spammer a message warning about the message must
be approved by moderator.

So, this is a way to avoid spammer to know the
mailing address works "correctly".

It's pretty easy to guess whether a mailing list address
exists or not, so I don't think adding this feature would do
anything to reduce the amount of spam a list could get.
