Bug Description
I changed main charset to iso-8859-2 and translated
html and text files from templates directory. HTML
pages seems fine, while text files that are used for
sending mail doesn't have proper mime headers to
correctly identify iso-8859-2 charset being used in
templates.
Using 2.1a2.

A lot of this has been fixed and changed in MM2.1b1. I'm
closing this as out-of-date. If there are still bugs,
please submit a new bug report.
