Bug Description

Synopsis: Request that "From" address for digest distributions be
changed from <list>-request to <list>-owner

I just had a situation where:

1) Digest went out
2) The user at remote.com was unknown (for whatever reason)
3) <email address hidden> replied to the digest From address
("<email address hidden>")
4) the MM request processor said "your commands don't make sense"
and sent it back to <email address hidden>
5) <email address hidden> [which apparently is also a command processor] said
"your commands don't make sense" and sent it back to
<email address hidden>
6) 4 & 5 get repeated ad-infinitum and the message grows like a
snowball rolling down a mountain.

This should be fixed in MM2.1 through various techniques,
including not autoresponding to Priority: {junk,list,bulk}
messages, and a built-in governor maxing out the number of
responses sent to any one address per day.
