missing facility to recover list admin passwords

If it should ever happen that a list administrator loses her admin
password, there is no chance to recover from this.

There should REALLY be something like a "mail me admin password"
button or, if security is of concern, some kind of recovery question or
just anything...

workaround:

the site administrator can change the password manually (the site password
is set from the commandline and can be used in place of any other
password)

It's a good suggestion and will probably be implemented in a future
