Can't set explicit reply-to header

Bug Description
I'm using version 2.0beta5 that's on SourceForge.
In the GUI, I've checked that I want an explicit reply-to header. That is
recorded correctly in the GUI.
Now I fill in the explicit reply-to field in the GUI. When I "submit
my changes" and the web page is redrawn, the explicit reply-to field
shows up as blank. Messages go out with a blank Reply-to header.
