Icons not being installed in $prefix/icons

[Bug Importer]

After installation, INSTALL document directs user to copy
$prefix/icons/mailman.jpg, $prefix/icons/PythonPowered.png and
$prefix/icons/gnu-head-tiny.jpg to the apache icons directory. Only
gnu-head-tiny.jpg has been copied to $prefix/icons. The other files can
still be found in the misc directory of the archive directory.

Problem with Makefile perhaps?

Works for me. Can you see if there were any errors during the "make
install" phase?

Just had this with Mailman 2.0.4 on Solaris. Problem is
when the misc/Makefile passes "*.jpg *.png" to ../install-
sh which only accepts one file. fix is to use a shell for
loop over $(ICONS).
