Need "Name" field for subscribers (PR#143)

Biggest problem so far is knowing who is who.
Many email addresses are unrecognizable as far as to whom they belong to.
An additional field for "Name" would be an immensely helpful tool
for
administrators.

Absolutely. This will happen in the next major rewrite, where we'll have a
real user database.
