If Archival Option is set to "Private", "Archive Files Not
Found" error occours
for a private list.

I don't think this bug is relevant for Mailman 2.0.

I had this problem and modified:

./Mailman/mm_cfg.py

the setting for PRIVATE_ARCHIVE_URL should not have a '/'
on the end. Mine did and removing it fixed the double
slash problem.
