PRIVATE: list info link sometimes broken (PR#70)

On a copule of occasions with rc2 there is a broken link created in
personal
info pages. Here are the steps:

1. http://www.aurora.edu/mailman/listinfo
2. Click on istest
3. Scroll down and then enter <email address hidden> in the Edit Options
box
and click the button.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and take a look at the link in
the
"istest is run by..." line. It is incorrect: leaving out the
/mailman/portion
of the URL.
