Bug Description

Binary package hint: postfix

 * Stopping Postfix Mail Transport Agent postfix
postfix/postfix-script: fatal: usage: postfix start (or stop, reload, abort, flush, check, set-permissions, upgrade-configuration) [fail]
invoke-rc.d: initscript postfix, action "restart" failed.
dpkg: error processing postfix (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1

The postfix upgrade process does not work when /etc/postfix/postfix-script is not being replaced by the new version from the package. Maybe when it never gets replaced there will be an incompatible script there at some point. The old one i had was from March 2005 and the new one is from August 2008. I had to replace it manually for /etc/init.d/postfix to work.

Ubuntu 8.04
postfix 2.5.1-2ubuntu1.1
