Bug Description
TKDO fails with a traceback during startup, if any of the Taskfiles are missing. It should continue with a warning instead of failing. Perhaps task files should even have an extra attribute to help TKDO decide whether each one is necessary, and only abort when required files are gone. (or, for example, specify whether a file should be loaded under certain conditions, such as only when a filesystem is mounted, or only when a NIC is online)

TKDO 0.7 will load even if task files are missing.
It logs a warning when this happens.
