problem with fglrx and ubuntu 8.10 (kernel 2.6.27-2)

Binary package hint: fglrx-kernel-source

I can't use fglrx from the intrepid repository.

I tried to use jockey, but that did not work. When i install xorg-driver-fglrx with aptitude, that don't work.
When i install fglrx-kernel-source, i get the following error:

What can i do? What information do you need?

This problem has been already solved in debian :

I had the exact same problem.

For current alpha users: the work-around is to patch /usr/src/fglrx-8.522/firegl_public.c (using debian patch). After that, run dpkg-reconfigure fglrx-kernel-source
