Bug Description

The report template, ReportTemplate.tmpl, loads javascript 'table.js' that preloads navigation images. These images are not in use anymore.

Fixed in revision f97f17de8367.

Removed usage of 'table.js' in 'ReportTemplate.tmpl', and also removed the file 'table.js' since it is deprecated.
