Comment on merge proposal page needs right padding

Bug Description

In the screenshot the right border of the first comment from Thomas
Hervé is touching the left border of the 'Subscribers' portlet on
the right-hand side. There should be some padding here.

Testing it with Firebug, the problem isn't that it's missing padding, the problem is that the box takes up the entire width of the page, causing it to continue underneath the Subscribers box. (You can see this by resizing the window such that the top and bottom of the comment box straddle the bottom of the Subscribers box.)

If you work out how to fix this for the merge proposal page, please fix it for the bug page too. :-) Currently comments on the bug page don't try to wrap under the portlets precisely to avoid this problem.
