google search (in navigation bar) localized in CA not in FR

Good morning,
I live in France, st pierre and miquelon near newfoundland (ca). The local fr_FR are installed (Bubuntu hardy (8.04a) 2.6.24-21-generic/ff3.01). Research in google (search bar) return results located in canada. (i.e. : http://www.google.CA/search?q=gd&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=com.ubuntu:fr_FR:unofficial&client=firefox-a) About: config has not changed.I wish that the outcome of the research is in French (i.e. http://www.google.FR/search?q=gd&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=com.ubuntu:fr_FR:unofficial&client=firefox-a)
I think the location is caused by the FAI (Internet access provider) ISP?
