Bug Description

Binary package hint: freecol

Freecol fails to launch due to an undersized limit forced in the freecol script. Increasing the value for Xmx fixes it. (Hardy, amd64)

jms@osc-franzibald:~$ freecol
You need to assign more memory to the JVM. Restart FreeCol with:
java -Xmx128M -jar FreeCol.jar
jms@osc-franzibald:~$ sudo sed -i 's/128/256/' /usr/games/freecol
jms@osc-franzibald:~$ freecol
The music files could not be loaded by FreeCol. Disabling music.

I can confirm this problem with 64 Bit Ubuntu. 137 Megabyte seems to be the first working value. It wouldn't break any system so could the maintainer please change this line? I guess 144 should be save but it would be great if someone else with a 64 Bit system could check this.

137 confirmed as working. I don't know if resolution plays a part though - that's at 1680x1050
