Binary package hint: ktorrent

I think KTorrent should have the crypted protocol actived by default.

Needs to be discussed with upstream. There must be some reason why KTorrent doesn't have it activated by default.

Upstream says: "most people won't need it" and I agree on that.
Marking won't fix.

Please provide a sensilbe rationale on why protocol encryption by default makes sense.
