name for custom resources

Bug Description
User define ressources such as Patterns, Markers, Gradients receive default names when they are created.
Since markers preview is not perfect in the lists (because it doesn't scale so that if the marker is to big it is just dislay as a square) ad since patterns have no preview (may be they should have), and in the same time for user comfort, it could be cool if those resources could easily be named or renamed. The easiest would be to display a window when the user uses the menu ; the value of the window will be the name;If the user leaves empty then give a default name.
