Decimal numbers - accept comma on Numeric Keyboard

Entering decimal values using Num keyboard is very convenient. It would be great if Inkscape could accept input of decimal numbers with Num keyboard comma, perhaps it could automatically be converted to a point so you don't have to switch to normal keyboard to look for the point key in the middle of your inputting.

Confirmed on Inkscape bzr rev. 9381.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Change your keyboard in order to have a comma instead of a point in the numeric keyboard (tested with Belgian, comma).
2. If necessary, change your local options so that the decimal symbol is a point.
3. Type a value in an input widget (one of the selector's X, Y, H or W value): the decimal part of the value is ignored.

Not reproduced with the opposite settings (point in the keyboard and comma as a decimal separator).

Reproduced again on Windows XP (32bits), Inkscape 0.48.5 and trunk rev. 13963, using a Slovenian keyboard layout (with a comma key on the numpad).

Closing because I can't reproduce any more on 1.0.

I tried with the Inkscape Language preference set to 3 different options (restarted Inkscape to apply):

* System default
* English (en)
* Croatian (hr)

My OS System default is English, with Regional Formats set to Croatian so I have comma on Numberic Keyboard. All 3 Inkscape language cases allow me to enter decimals with comma. If I try to use
a point it is automagically corrected to a comma.
