Hardware support changes to bge in snv_97

Hi -

It'd be really useful to incorporate a very recent version of bge, as mentioned here: http://bugs.opensolaris.org/view_bug.do?bug_id=6726056

The NIC chipset mentioned is in at least Dell and HP servers, including the very cheap ones and is thus likely to get very common very quickly. My self-interest is that I have an HP ML150 I'd like to get working and the bcme binary blob doesn't appear to do the business (plumbs, but doesn't pass traffic - looks as if it could be previously-reported problem: http://opensolaris.org/jive/thread.jspa?messageID=247144 ). In any case, bge > bcme for the simple reason that it comes with the system :-)

The fix should be available in NCP2 which targets from snv_104+ upstream.
