PyRoom should not ask to save an empty file

Bug Description
I think that PyRoom should not ask to save an empty file. Try typing something, removing the text from it and then trying to quit the application. It will show a dialogue which asks to save the unsaved *empty* file.
Why would you need to save an empty file?
