remove reservations tab by default in intrepid release

The "Reservations" workflow fits a narrow set of use cases and configurations. The biggest issue in my eyes is that you have to create the relevant event before starting down this path. That is, it works well if you've already got timetable events for section meetings, and you know you want to book something for one of those sections. If you, say, wanted to book something after school, you'd have to remember to make the after school event *first*. This is not impossible, but in my opinion would require more training than simply teaching people to edit the events directly without using Reservations at all.

The approach is not hopeless, but it will take a while to improve the views to make them not confusing without prior training, and this is unlikely to happen before to the Intrepid release.
