weather applet does not work

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

downloaded and installed recomended software for ubuntu/firefox. most of the time when animation is requested the screen flashes and then says done. maybe once in 12 tries does it actually download the 8 seperat pictures required to show motion from noaa.

This bug should be on flash or java or whatever is running the animation
